How long will the repair take?

If you visit our garage-based business, most repairs are completed within 24 – 48 hours, subject to parts availability. If you need your device back sooner than 24 hours, an Expedited Service is available for a $50.00 Fee; your device repair is then given priority.

Will I lose any data from my Device?

We want you to know that we try to keep all information intact unless it is necessary to remove it as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is critical, please let us know when you send in your Device.

What kind of parts do you use for Repairs?

We only use 100% genuine parts when possible. If original parts are unavailable, we will source the next best OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.
