Customers are responsible for shipping their items to Rosales Super Tech. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging your items with bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Return shipping for declined offers or requested returns may be subject to additional charges.
Can the final offer change after inspection?
Yes. The estimates provided are based on the information submitted and are subject to final inspection. Factors such as cosmetic condition, missing accessories, damage, modifications, authenticity, and functionality may affect the final offer. If any adjustments are necessary, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with payment.
