Terms of Service:

Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping issues. The customer is liable for ensuring that the product/device is adequately packaged so no damage is caused during shipping.

Pricing:

Our prices are published on our price list and vary by console model and repair type. The prices shown are the maximum that we will charge. We will not combine or stack up multiple repair costs without approval. If you have a request that isn’t listed, please submit a price request through our website.

Repair:

When the repair is complete, we create an invoice in our system and send it to you via e-mail. You will also see it on your list of invoices when logged in to the customer portal. It is payable online by card by clicking the pay link (PayPal or Stripe) in the attached invoice we emailed or by clicking the pay button through our website. After the invoice is paid, we ship the device back. If we do not repair the device, we will charge only for return shipping & send the product/device back.

Prior Motherboard (PCB) Re-work Attempts:

Our prices are intended for motherboards (PCB) that have not been altered by prior repair attempts involving soldering equipment. We provide pricing on a case-by-case basis for these devices.

Disclaimer:

If a console is shipped to us and it’s Roach-Infested, There will be an additional $50 Added to the Invoice.

Warranty:

All parts and repair services are guaranteed 60-days from the date receipt is paid. Our guarantee covers the primary issue (or issues) that we repaired but does not protect the entire device. Accidental damage after you have received the device is also not covered. Complimentary repairs are covered case-by-case and not under warranty as we only guarantee paid parts/services.

Limited Shop Warranty:
We offer a 60-day warranty on all repairs. If an issue from the original work order replicates within 60 days, we will perform the service again at no extra charge. All parts used to service your device are also guaranteed for 60 days from the service date. The guarantee does not cover issues that may develop within the guarantee period that are not related to services performed or to the original problem or symptom diagnosed and repaired.
Warranty Exclusions:
– We do not offer warranties or guarantees, explicit or implicit, on any of the following:
– Any service using parts not purchased through Rosales Super Tech LLC
– Any software issues, including virus removal, Operating system installation
– New symptoms/issues not directly tied to the original service within the 60-day guarantee period
– Installing new hardware or modifying existing hardware in the 60-day guarantee period voids the Rosales Super Tech LLC Warranty
Limited Shop Warranty:
Replication of original symptoms or issues caused by user error or negligence in the 60-day guarantee period, including but not limited to physical damage (drops, crushing, exposure to extreme temperature), liquid damage (spills on and liquid immersion of the device), electrical damage (improper grounding, contact with poorly performing or damaged electrical networks), and damage caused through installation or use of harmful software components (viruses, malware, spyware), voids the Rosales Super Tech LLC Limited Shop Warranty
NOTE: If your device is physically tampered with or damaged within the warranty period, the Rosales Super Tech LLC Limited Warranty is void. This includes but is not limited to cracked screens, dents to the casing, internal damage not present at the time of original repair, attempts to open or modify the device, using nonoriginal charging cables to charge your device,  or any other action, accidental or intentional, that could cause our repair to fail.
Some services performed by Rosales Super Tech LLC may void your manufacturer’s warranty. By accepting service from Rosales Super Tech LLC, you understand and agree that we are not held liable for voiding your device manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Repairs:
If your device malfunctions or fails within 60 days from the time that you received the device, we will perform the repair again at no extra cost to you. The issue must be related to the original work order. If the problem is unrelated, you will be notified about the repair cost before we move forward with the repair. No refunds are issued before we attempt the repair again so we can verify the validity of the claim. Refunds are only issued if we cannot fix your device, minus the repair attempt fee and return shipping. See the repair attempt fee section of our terms for more details. If your device qualifies for warranty repair, you are responsible for shipping the device back to us, and we will cover return shipping.

Return / Refund Policy:

If something we fixed does not stay fixed device will need to be returned to us for repair. If we cannot repair your device, we will refund your money for the repair. Please keep in mind that we cannot issue refunds for issues that are unrelated to our repair. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment Terms and return shipping:

Payment is due within 14 days of repair completion. Invoices paid before 5:00 PM CST will be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day. All Jobs must be collected within 30 days of completion unless a prior arrangement has been made. Jobs not collected in this period may be deemed “Uncollected Goods” (Uncollected Goods Act 1995) and/or may incur a storage fee. Uncollected Goods may be sold/disposed of after the required time has elapsed.
